Project Manager – Wind Farms/Hybrids
Location: Katowice

ENGIE Zielona Energia Sp. z o.o., based in Katowice, is a company belonging to the ENGIE Group. It owns wind farms with a capacity of 241 MW and photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of 121 MWp. Our company specializes in the sale of electricity to business customers, energy and gas trading on the Polish Power Exchange, and cooperation with renewable energy producers. Responsibilities:
Analyzing received investment opportunities in the wind energy sector, specifically wind farm projects; Independently managing investment projects in the large-scale wind farm or hybrid systems (on-shore plus PV) sectors; Maintaining and strengthening relationships with stakeholders in projects managed and initiated by ENGIE in Poland in the on-shore area; Supervising the work of the project team and subcontractors; Creating project documentation for internal and external purposes; Close collaboration with other company departments (e.g., Legal Department) and development teams abroad; Reporting and planning project progress for both internal and external needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finding and implementing projects in the energy and environment sector (including obtaining decisions and permits) – essential (experience in RES/wind farms is highly desirable); Ability to analyze and synthesize information; Knowledge of legal regulations related to the energy sector, with a focus on wind energy; Practical project management skills, confirmed by at least one successfully completed project (PV projects are a plus); Ability to work in a team with a high level of member independence; Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal; English proficiency sufficient for daily communication (minimum B2 level); Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities; A valid Category B driver's license and willingness to travel for work; Willingness to work in a non-standard environment.
