Responsibilities: * Task-driven management, focusing on governance, due diligence, and ensuring smooth processes between two opposing sides (Sony Interactive Entertainment and the client) * Will act as a -conduit- without mediating directly, focusing on governance by making clear decisions and handling issues as they arise * A scribe (stenographer) will attend all meetings, documenting discussions for accurate understanding * In the early stages, the PM will work full-time to assess effort distribution and potential time allocation per week * Expected to work with tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to update artifacts but not create anything new
