Summary: The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall performance of the work under the Army National Guard (ARNG) Career Management Fields Training Services (CMFTS) task order (TO) and whose duty location shall be at the Herbert R. Temple, Jr. Army National Guard Readiness Center in Arlington, Virginia. The PM shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all task order matters relating to daily operation of this TO. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Lead, manage, and supervise CMFTS operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality training services. Responsible for the oversight and guidance for all contracting personnel assigned to the TO, performance of work, TO compliance and quality control on a full-time basis. Shall manage daily operations, plan and execute all activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with ARNG leadership, unit commanders, and other key stakeholders. Ensure all training services meet ARNG standards, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations. Develop and implement quality control measures to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of ARNG Career Management Fields, training processes, and military readiness requirements. Proficiency in program management methodologies, including project planning, scheduling, and risk management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited US based university. Minimum of five years’ experience in project management, and leadership experience managing at the HQDA level (or equivalent other Service Headquarters or DoD level) including ability to effectively brief (oral and written) senior leaders as necessary. Minimum of two years’ experience with Government contracting and processes to include subcontract management and managing budgets. Secret clearance Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
