Project Manager

The Onshore Project Manager is key to delivering these solutions, managing customer relationships, implementing the onshore project scope, and leading the local team. Responsibilities: Act as the onshore representative and liaison manager, serving as the primary contact person for the customer and external partners. Participate in regular customer and Overall Project Manager (OPM) meetings, ensuring customer information and requests are understood, distributed to the project team, and action items are followed up in a timely manner. Manage subcontractors for third-party supplies and installations. Actively control and manage onshore costs to meet project budget targets. Lead the onshore project team, prioritizing work packages and ensuring timely completion to achieve project goals. Develop resource plans, select team members, and assign project-specific tasks. Monitor technical progress, manage time scheduling, and implement acceleration plans if needed. Develop and execute project realization strategies in accordance with contractual obligations. Prepare, review, and release official project documents.
Requirements: Proven knowledge and experience in managing E&M system projects, preferably with metro E&M projects. Familiarity with Taiwan's metro customers, operator structures, and key stakeholders related to signaling projects. Experience managing a team of approximately five members and coordinating subcontractors. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and designers. Proficiency in schedule control, setting control points, and implementing acceleration plans when necessary. Ability to support the Overall Project Manager (OPM) in controlling costs and maintaining budgets.
