Project Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * **The Opportunity:** CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Program Manager to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program. **Responsibilities:** + Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations. + Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. + Responsible for support of program business and functional operations + Identifying and facilitating resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between technical and functional areas + May support the Program Manager in planning, monitoring the program activities + Prepare reports, responses, and briefings targeted to a wide range of audiences. + Act as project leader for projects with complex or voluminous documentation and may provide or coordinate special documentation services as required. **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Active SECRET Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance + 5 to 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or additional experience can be substituted for the Minimum Degree Requirements + Initiate, supervise, and/or develop requirements from a project’s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs + Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff + Provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues + Consult with the client to define need or problem supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions _Desired:_ + Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas + Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment + Knowledge of the Sponsor’s organization, mission, and partners + Experience with high visibility projects - ______________________________________________________________________________ **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
