As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing high-quality projects, optimizing customer workflows, and driving operational excellence, positioning Roche as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation. We are seeking a candidate based in the mazowieckie, łódzkie, or wielkopolskie voivodeship.
The opportunity:
Lead and manage strategic and operational projects for customers in alignment with Roche’s goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences
Implement new workflows, laboratory systems, and ICT platforms, ensuring seamless integration
Support sales and marketing teams with tender opportunities and contribute to customer sales development
Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to strengthen expertise and strategy
Who you are:
You live in mazowieckie, łodzkie or wielkopolskie voivodeship
Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively within Poland
You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings
Proficient in modern planning and office software with proven experience in planning tools
University degree
Fluent in Polish and English
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-centric focus
Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and collaborating across teams
Knowledge of hospital and laboratory organizational structures is a plus
A proactive team player with commercial acumen
