Project Manager
Description We are in search of a Project Manager to join our team in the non-profit sector, located in Dallas, Texas. This role presents a unique contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include managing daily administrative tasks, facilitating market research, and aiding in the creation of promotional and training materials. You will also be involved in product marketing operational tasks. Responsibilities: • Managing daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and completing expense reports. • Assisting in the creation of training and promotional materials for varied internal and external teams. • Facilitating the development of product webpage design and content. • Engaging with Training Centers and client companies to gather valuable market research and product feedback. • Supporting operational product marketing tasks such as inputting products into systems, writing product announcements, and completing metadata forms. • Coordinating logistics and communication for conferences and product testing at various companies. • Assisting in the development of marketing surveys, presentations, and reports as required. • Managing logistical tasks including ordering supplies, shipping, and summarizing meeting notes.
