participating in solution design workshops, analysis, and understanding of customer’s needs; leverage Transporeon modules, products, and best practices to design solutions in line with the identified customer requirements and industry
managing customer projects, including internal and external coordination and communication as well as supervision of project participants in terms of scope, schedule, and costs
accompany customers during the change management process linked to the project (user training, user support, etc.)
liaising with Transporeon Sales, Business Consulting, Customer Services, and System Delivery departments and ensure a smooth transition to Transporeon Customer Care
identify improvements in processes, knowledge gaps, products, communication, and efficiency
