The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, project management, and experience working on large commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities + Manage and oversee large commercial and residential construction projects. + Perform construction estimating and bidding processes. + Coordinate and supervise demolition and abatement activities. + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. + Conduct site visits as necessary to monitor project progress. + Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals. + Maintain exceptional customer care and attention to detail.
