A professional in Client EDT practice at this position level in Client has the following responsibilities:
Managing the design and implementation of Digital solutions for Client’s customers, delivering premier, creative, complex, high-volume, high-visibility, enterprise-scale web and mobile based digital applications. Driving implementation projects, ranging from few weeks to multiple years.
Key responsibilities
Work with the various customers, Client Vertical & Horizontal sales teams and to position Enterprise Digital Transformation and other Service lines and Solutions for perspective clients across industries and global geographies. This is a 100% travel role
Lead teams involved with deployment of new and complex web and mobile software solutions involving multiple customizations and integration points
Develop Project Scope Management Plan used to define, manage, control, verify and communicate to the project team and clients
Work with Business Consultants, Solution Directors and Architects to define requirements and use cases for software features and functionality
Be the point of contact and work directly with the customer stakeholders
Manage current projects and set the stage for follow-on business
Keep fluent with emerging technologies and tools that will keep Client’s customers innovative in their marketing approach
Work with delivery and sales teams to resolve blocking issues to deliver on customer requirements
Manages teams and/or work in an individual contributor role at a customer or within Client.
Key Qualification Requirements (Project Manager)
· 10+ years project management experience, ideally 5+ years within the digital space
· 5-6 years of professional services / product experience in Cloud, Mobile on Application architecture & Development
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in managing project of a team size of 50+ members
· Experience in managing projects with 50% to 100% offshore delivery team
· Experience in managing projects developing solutions in one of BFSI, Retail or Healthcare domains.
· Experience in mobile or cloud technologies - specifically with Azure, AWS, Force1
· Experience managing projects developing innovative solutions / products based on at least two of emerging technologies - mobile, cloud, social, IoT, BaaS
· Understanding or mastery of scope & change management related issues
· Demonstrates strong leadership and motivation
· Excellent customer expectation management skill
· Account management background a plus
· At least 5 years’ Consulting/Agency/It Services experience in Digital
· Experience in creating and presenting to senior executives in customers’ organizations with excellent verbal and written communication skill
· Ability to travel for work regularly
· Bachelors or Master’s degree from a 4 year University
· PMI Certification
· Preferably located in Columbus OH, Jacksonville FL or San Francisco Bay Area but the suitable candidate can be located anywhere in contiguous United States.
Good to Have
· Expert understanding of how digital technologies/products can be leveraged to enable strategic outcomes
· Understanding of Digital Industry threats and general marketplace and designing transformation to leverage digital technology for a client
· Experience with a failure of a solution / product / implementation
· Ideally 3-5 years’ experience within digital industry
· Experience working at a consulting firm or equivalent in an internal consulting role
