Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You Will Be Doing** + Project specific planning (i.e. – Control Budget, Preplanning, PMO etc.), safety, quality, execution and financial oversight (i.e. – Craft onboarding, observations, incidents etc.) + Application of broad understanding of industrial construction, organization, system and/or client needs to resolve highly complex problems. + Serves as a strategic advisor to ongoing projects. + Plans and directs activities/functions for multiple operations, program(s), or projects. + Commit the program or organization to projects/expenditures within well-defined guidelines. **What We Are Looking For** + Experience: 10+ years’ experience with Heavy Industrial Mechanical Installation (equipment, piping, structural steel installation) with at least 5 years as a Foreman or Superintendent performing maintenance or outage work.
