We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Chestertown, on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

The Project Manager will work with our teams to manage various projects across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing overall project delivery, serving as the primary point of contact, presenting project status, managing the change process, managing expectations, and escalating issues as appropriate. The PM should identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Additionally, this role will participate in a rotational training program and as such, candidates must be willing to work in all areas of the business, including manufacturing, distribution, and customer service over the first few months.

Responsibilities:
