We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager as a part of the Implant and Prosthetic Solutions team and is responsible for leading strategic projects globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the project’s requirements, planning the activities to accomplish the requirements, securing resources, and ensuring successful project implementation while aligning with the company's strategic goals. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. This role is a highly collaborative role and major key stake holders include: Product Management, R&D (hardware and/or software), Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Commercial teams, Finance and Supply Chain across our global organization.
The ideal candidate for this position is based in the US within the Eastern Standard Time zone (EST).
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage global and regional strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
Ensure strong collaboration with key stakeholders in R&D (hardware and/or software), marketing, quality, regulatory, commercial teams, finance and supply chain to ensure all involved are clear on roles, responsibilities and deliverables
Assess project risks, develop risk mitigation plans and proactively address any issues that might arise during project lifecycle
Be prepared to present project status overview to Senior Leadership on global calls with various key stakeholders included as well as on an ad hoc basis
Manage project budget, allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines and budgets
Identify and manage risks, carefully manage resourcing, budgeting and clear communication across cross functional teams and stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and inclusive project team environment, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Finish projects on time and within budget to support business unit to deliver on larger initiatives
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
Lead post-project evaluations to assess successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Who You Are - Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
Project Management Certifications i.e., PMP considered a plus
Years and Type of Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects related to product launches in a global organization, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Prior experience working in project management software and leveraging Project Management tools and best practices
Understanding of dental industry and product launch requirements and regulations considering a strong advantage
Ability to travel internationally up to 10%
