A Project Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the successful completion of a project within a specified time frame, budget, and scope. The role involves managing resources, schedules, risks, and communication with stakeholders, ensuring the project meets its objectives. 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.  Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals.  Risk Management: Identify potential risks early in the project, develop mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed.  Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project remains within budget. Support the management of financials related to key contracts.  Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards and expectations of stakeholders.  Scope Management: Prevent scope creep by ensuring that any changes are documented, approved, and well-managed. Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.  Project Delivery: Ensure the project is completed on time, meets the desired objectives, and is within budget. Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals, reports, and findings to Global Service Delivery Lead, Executive Leadership team. Manage, and track action items related to key service deliverables. technology trends, and resource needs
