In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Project Management: Lead the product development from early concept phase until the product is being produced. This by managing all phases including planning, design development, quality assurance, supplier preparation and production preparation. Team Leadership: Effectively lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment to meet project timelines and objectives. Project Planning: Develop and complete comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communication strategies to prioritize tasks and address escalations effectively. Risk Management: Identify project challenges, assess risks, and implement solutions to mitigate potential impacts. Resource Coordination: Manage internal and external resources, including suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with senior management and project teams, providing clear oral and written updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Relevant experience and exposure in a product development environment, preferably in developing products including electronics, software and mechanics. Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or relevant academic background with work experience. Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Good leadership skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to empower the project team to achieve set goalsPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience in leading development engineers, purchasers and supplier quality engineers and operations engineers designing production lines. Experience from development according to gated processes and Lean-Agile methods.Our Offer to You
