Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within the constraints of scope, time, quality and budget. Project managers are responsible for the various projects that a company implements to ensure that they are all optimally aligned with the organization's mission and goals.


For this role, your responsibilities will be:   Project Management: Implement projects following Emerson's Tier 3 process methodology. Project Management: Set balanced goals for the organization. Communication: Collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and plans for projects. Risk Assessment: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of projects. Project Management: Monitor projects to ensure that objectives are achieved. Communication: Hold meetings with collaborators to discuss the status and goals of projects. Risk Assessment: Provide project sales estimates and carry out risk and opportunity analysis. Communication: Work with the PMO team to implement margin increase strategies. Negotiation Negotiate: the closure of projects and deal with penalty scenarios with clients.

 

Who You Are:
You quickly and significantly take actions in fact-changing, unpredictable situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse collaborators. You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.   For This Role, You Will Need: International Commerce Bachelor and/or Engineering career (industrial, chemical, etc. 3-4 years project experience for externals, 2-3 years for internal candidates.
  Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Project management English (80%) PMPĀ® or any other PMI certification is preferrable
