As a Project Manager you will sit on the Market Innovation & Development team and work directly with many departments throughout EF Go Ahead Tours. The Project Manager role has been designed to focus primarily on the Tour Change Cycle, Adhoc Changes, MID Strategic Roadmap Projects and will have involvement across functions within the department. An in-depth knowledge of Go Ahead, our product and our travelers, as well as our policy & systems is required for this position. This includes but is not limited to tour itineraries, internal systems (ie. ABE, Zendesk, Salesforce), operational processes, and resources. Attention to detail is paramount, and qualified candidates exhibit expert-level organizational skills and exceptional critical thinking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:Tour Changes – Assist in the organization, implementation and execution of all Tour Changes, working closely with MID & Operations.Adhoc Changes – Oversee the day-to-day AdHoc Change process and champion development to automate and streamline the processTour Resources – Assist in the maintenance, creation and auditing of Tour Content resources such as trainings, messaging guidelines and knowledge hub articles.MID Projects – Partner with all MID lanes to drive strategic projects working towards shared goalsLiaise – The Project Manager role will act as a liaison across many teams, fostering an
