Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational stability, guaranteeing the accurate functioning of technological tools. Act as the direct liaison with the client, leading service evolution and proposing operational improvements. Ensure project margin and report progress to the unit director. What we need to see from you Profile: Systems Engineering professional or related fields proven experience in infrastructure project management. Required skills: Knowledge and experience in managing technological projects using PMI and ITIL methodologies, ensuring objectives and optimizing resources, time, and budget.
