Day-to-Day:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Develop comprehensive project charters outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Identify and document project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID logs).
Create detailed project schedules and plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
Lead project teams through the implementation and integration phases, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project objectives.
Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including RAID logs, schedules, and plans.
Document lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.
