Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and support customer growth and individual projects. The ideal candidate will act as a visionary for the team, with ample opportunities for growth into senior management positions. Responsibilities + Support customer growth and manage individual projects. + Oversee and strategize project planning without constant oversight. + Manage project schedules and budgets effectively. + Present project updates and results to high-level leadership. + Collaborate with customers on custom projects. + Travel to manufacturing facilities and customer sites as required (initially up to 40%, reducing over time). Essential Skills + 4+ years of Project Management experience. + Experience with automated equipment, robotics, or complex machinery. + Proficiency in scheduling and budget management. + Bachelor of Science degree or relevant work experience. + Excellent communication skills. + Ability to strategize and plan independently. Work Environment Onsite in Colorado on a hybrid schedule or fully remote with 40% travel expectations. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
