Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide leadership and coordination for multiple projects. You will interface with building officials during the permitting and construction phases, resolve complex technical and design issues, and set direction for the execution of project goals and objectives with the project team and clients. You will manage and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and quality. Additionally, you will contribute to office-wide initiatives and the overall success of the team. This role involves managing 5-8 projects at a time. Responsibilities + Provide project leadership and coordination for multiple projects + Interface with building officials during the permitting and construction phases + Resolve complex technical and design issues + Set direction for the execution of project goals and objectives with project team and clients + Manage and mentor project team members, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and quality + Contribute to office-wide initiatives and the overall success of the team + Manage 5-8 projects at a time Essential Skills + 10+ years of Project Management experience + Extensive knowledge of building codes and structures, principles/practices, and construction + Working knowledge of Revit Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in hospitality and/or multifamily construction preferred + Open to commercial experience + Architecture project management + Project coordination + Design Work Environment This position is based in our Scottsdale office, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be a key part of our growing office, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00 Designcell offers a competitive Medical benefits package along with a 401k match program.
