Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our clients' team for a 12-month initial contract in Kungalv or Stenungsund, Sweden. Our EPC Contractor client is overseeing an greenfield production plant project in Finland, which will supply synthetic graphite for the electric car battery industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the early phases of this project.

Role Overview

Effectively plan and coordinate project team activities, ensuring adherence to detailed schedules. Create and update project plans, understanding and meeting customer requirements. Provide project management on various sizes of projects, acting as a key contact for the customer. Administer project contracts and ensure all team members are informed. Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts with support groups for successful outcomes. Provide technical support as part of an engineering team on projects as needed. Assist in project development by providing technical support from conceptual through final design and construction phases.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. Substantial experience managing projects with a firm grasp of project management tools and best practices. Experience in project management within EPCm projects. Proficiency in interpreting and applying industry regulations, codes, and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling diverse issues across projects. Fluency in English, Swedish language skills would be beneficial but not essential.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering. Certification in project management preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within EPCm projects.
