Responsibilities Leads, manages and coordinates a wide variety of complex projects. Projects are typically multi-year, multi-jurisdictional, highly visible, inter-agency in nature, unique, new and/or evolving. Develops complete project plans and provides advisory, planning, and technical services to management in initiating, designing, planning, staffing, implementing, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. Defines main objectives and milestones, purpose, scope, identifies key internal and external stakeholders, and serves as the primary point of contact for any issues or discrepancies. Establishes, leads, directs, and coordinates the project team to accomplish project objectives including providing day to day oversight of the projects.
