Summary:
Seeking a Project Manager to define, manage, and optimize projects within set scopes and objectives.
Job Requirements:
Experience with project management software tools (ProCore preferred).Preferred Skills:
Ability to prepare and track project budgets. Capability to develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans. Experience in managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring task assignment and communication of expected deliverables.Job Responsibilities:
Determining and defining project scope and objectives. Assigning project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements. Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Tracking project costs to meet budget. Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan. Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers. Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.Pay Details: $27.00 to $36.00 per hour
