Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Flow Controls Business Unit for Asia Pacific who will plan, lead and handle the execution of projects according to Project Management Office (PMO) processes, from award to closure, to ensure related activities are properly coordinated, implemented, and supervised to guarantee budget, scope and timing of projects and deliverables are met. 

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensure good project management standards and practices are implemented always, including material procurement, project implementation phase, up to its successful commissioning at customer site Ensure compliance to and fulfillment of project contractual technical specification, commercial terms and conditions Ensure achievement of profit margin forecast for assigned projects Upfront participation with sales team in project proposal stage Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to internal and external customers throughout the execution Review contracts to figure out the documentation requirements and coordinates with the respective team members to ensure customer contract requirements are met Work closely with internal project customers to ensure timely and quality submission of vendor documentations Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks  Monitors and controls projects from Award to Closure ensuring the project deliverables are met.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management, process industry or technical sales background. Excellent knowledge in Engineering and Oil & Gas industry Availability to travel outside Singapore based on project demands Proven people management skills, good verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills Ability to organize, develop and maintain efficient project management processes Mature, self-motivated and customer-focused Conclusive, driven and has the ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical, Instrumentation/Control Engineering  Proficient in PC skills including software like MS Project Excellent analytical skills and works towards results Knowledge of commercial and financial issues
