**Job ID Number** R4450 **Employment Type** Full time **Worksite Flexibility** Hybrid **Job Summary** As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating risks, establishing comprehensive project plans and timelines, and applying Agile project management practices to ensure successful project delivery. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Project Manager** to identify and communicate risks, establish comprehensive project plans and timelines, and apply Agile project management practices to ensure successful project delivery **.** This position will be f **ull-time** and **hybrid.** **What You’ll Do** + Work closely with IT and OCM teams to ensure alignment and integration of development initiatives with organizational change strategies + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner + Establish detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project objectives are met + Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure the team is adhering to Agile principles and practices + Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes + Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
