Pay Rate: $65 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire Project Manager to their team for an initial 12-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 1-2 days per week in office in Toronto.
This is a Risk-based Authentication (RBA) Project aims at introducing behavioral biometrics within Canadian Banking to reduce fraud risk at the time of account opening and account takeover.

Responsibilities Include: Managing projects under the Customer Onboarding and Authentication team Partnering closely with the digital product and cross-functional teams to define business requirements. Also, work closely with vendor BioCatch. Developing project trackers, rolling out plans and procedures and managing timelines Forecasting and managing the budget. Preparing the cost-benefit analysis - To ensure the project processes are implemented properly. Making presentations to project sponsors.
