Summary: Seeking a Project Manager with construction industry experience to manage projects involving metal panels and facades for buildings.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years construction industry experience Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints Understanding of construction concepts and order of operations CAD experience, wall cladding design or installation experience desired

Job Responsibilities:

Attend scope and hand-off meetings Manage all customer communications regarding the project Set and maintain project schedules, identifying milestones Break down releases and shipments as needed Identify required materials and suppliers for projects Review and replenish program stock inventories Secure pricing for large ticket items Ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinating submittals Review shop drawings and coordinate revisions Monitor material arrival, coordinate field dimensions, generate work orders Manage production release schedules, create production booking forms Submit change orders, maintain projects in the company database Coordinate remakes with Programming, submit billable values to Accounting

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
