KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our high performing Modernisation team in Melbourne. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and take ownership of cost control, quality outcomes, time and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.

What will you be doing?

Proactively manage communication with customers and key stakeholders throughout the installation processManage risk reviews and status updatesEnsure adherence with clearly defined procedures and guidelinesAchieve KONE's safety targets by driving/ maintaining a safety focused cultureEnsuring compliance to policy requirementsPartner with key internal teams in pre-tender and tender activities 


What are we looking for?

Degree in Project Management or related field desiredPrior working experience within the elevator industry an advantageDemonstrated experience in end-to-end project managementExperience managing projects over $5M in value an advantageStrong experience in business strategy and a high financial acumen with experience in controlling project budgetsA strong decision maker who turns business strategy into objectives, actions and then outcomesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent business partnering and leadership skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced commercial environmentStrong influencing and negotiation sillsResilient and persevering approach
