MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Project Management:
Responsible for managing the project's overall implementation and ensuring that it is executed successfully, timely, and within the allocated budget. This includes planning, monitoring, and evaluating project activities and delivering reports to the donor and support offices.Team Management: responsible for support to the project team of Implementation Partner, with the managing to procurement officer, ensuring that they have the necessary capacity, resources, and support to carry out project activities.Coordination with Consortium Partner: primary point of contact between the consortium partners, this includes managing the interface between the project and partner organization and ensuring the smooth operation of four medical teams in townships.Technical Inputs: responsible for providing technical inputs to project staff in coordination with Partner organization’s Health Focal Person to fulfill project targets.Financial Management: responsible for ensuring adequate financial support to project townships, as per the detailed implementation plan, and for maintaining accurate records of project expenditure from Partner Organization and WVIM.Monitoring and report collection, host donor and national office staffs field visits.
Data Collection and Analysis: responsible for developing data collection forms, monitoring data collection, and report from Partner Organization, analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve project performance.Reporting & Communication
Reporting and Communication: responsible for timely reporting to donors and support offices, as well as coordinating with the National Office Grant Management, health technical departments, and finance focal persons to organize training, monitoring, and evaluation visits.Risk Management: responsible for identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project implementation.Responsible for the successful implementation of the Healthy Journey project, ensuring that it achieves its objectives and delivers essential health services to beneficiaries in targeted townships.KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
At least 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in essential health service project.Previous experience in working with most vulnerable people is a plus.Previous experience in supply chain management is a plus.Experience in working closely with consortium partner is mandatory.Experience in working in resource limited situation is a plus.M. B. B. S: with 2-3 year of similar experience is acceptable and other health degree holders (B. N. Sc. Or Diploma in nursing, B. Comm. H) with 5 years of similar experience are also considerable. Master's degree holders are preferred.Training on PHC and RMNCAH is also preferred.Willingness to frequent field visitsApplicant Types Accepted:
