Project Manager

As Project Manager for the HMI D&E Chief of Staff you are responsible for supporting the strategic decision making, providing insight from the D&E organization to the D&E management team, and implementing HMI D&E strategies.

Supporting and executing strategic initiatives, coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring efficient operation of the organization.

This position requires a dynamic professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

You have the opportunity to closely collaborate and connect with the HMI D&E management team and its stakeholders and develop yourself and broaden your scope across the clusters and business lines of HMI D&E and ASML.

Role and responsibilities

Support in managing daily operations, including resource allocation, performance tracking and process improvementsLead, support and oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely deliveryFacilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and effective decision makingPrepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and DE Leadership teamBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support organizational goals and understand the dynamics between sectors, business lines and individuals.Assist in developing and implementing organizational goals, strategies and objectives
Frame arguments and facilitate constructive discussions with on the spot problem-solving to enable effective decision making of executives.Support the capacity and capability planning to ensure that D&E holds the right competences in the right number on the right location to realize the deliverables as agreed with the business.

Education

Bachelors degree / 5+ years experience

Experience

Experience working with a complex stakeholder landscape is preferred
Strong understanding of the Product Generation Process within ASML
Knowledge/hands-on experience with project management software
Strong English communication skills both written and oral

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$126,750-211,250

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
