Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
+ Manage projects from initiation to close, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and satisfactorily
+ Apply appropriate methodology to manage progress, scope, schedule, and budget on all assigned projects
+ Conduct iterative agile/scrum activities and meetings, including sprint planning, and retrospectives to incorporate lessons learned into future projects and sprint reviews
+ Prepare regular reports on project status and progress to keep stakeholders informed
+ Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other CHA departments to achieve project objectives and serve as a trusted business partner
+ Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with creation of customer project outcomes
+ Perform resource planning activities to ensure resource needs are aligned with project scope and schedule
+ Assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and establish communications channels to ensure that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities
+ Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise throughout the project
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying:
+ Bachelor’s degree is preferred
+ PMP, Lean, or similar certification is highly preferred
+ 7+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on information technology
+ 5+ years of experience using project management tools (Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.) to drive productive project teams
+ Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for making connections between ideas and people
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare and present information through many mediums
