Description The project manager oversees the production of creative collateral. This professional serves as a liaison between creative staff and clients; helps resolve data processing, production and accounting challenges; and ensures quality control. This position demands strong interpersonal, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and the ability to provide technical input and recommendations for reducing costs and improving quality. Experience with Excel and project management software such as Asana or Monday.com is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from planning to implementation and completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Responsibilities: + Plan and implement projects + Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects + Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques + Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques + Report and escalate to management as needed + Perform risk management to minimize project risks, and establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements Qualifications: + Proven working experience in project management (minimum of 4 years) + Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills + Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus + Proficient in Excel Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
