Description Our client in Chicago is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: + Lead and manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. + Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution. + Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and mitigate risks. + Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project status and outcomes. + Maintain project documentation and ensure quality control. Requirements + 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Asana, Trello, etc.). + Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. + Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred). + PMP certification (preferred).
