The Project Manager is in charge of processing requests for proposals (RFP's) from community managers related to repairs and maintenance projects for HOA communities, Condominiums of all types and their associated infrastructures. The Project Manager will organize requests, communicate in a timely manner with the organization’s clients and staff regarding estimates and proposals, ensure the scope of each project is completed within the proposed timeline with proposed profitability upon the onset of the project. The Maintenance Project Manager is a key contributor to the team that ensures all communities are maximizing the use of company's maintenance staff as well as associated preferred vendors.
\nDaily tasks:
\n\nPrepares and estimates budget costs for construction.\nResolves cost differences by analyzing and collecting information.\nWrites up and presents budgets, reports, and project plans.\nDevelops bids for construction projects.\nSchedules meetings with clients, site managers, staff and contractors.\nNavigates and understands building codes.\nProcesses paperwork and travels to building sites as required.\nMonitors construction processes.\nStays current on safety codes and improvements in construction.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n RequirementsRequirements:
\n\nStrong organizational acumen, proposal writing and math skills.\nAbility to navigate specifications and plans in detail.\nAbility to handle multiple assignments at once.\nKnowledge of the latest building codes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nA bachelor's degree is preferred.\nAt least 3-5 years of related experience is required.\nProficiency in Microsoft suite, Excel and email preferably Outlook\n\n\n
