Activities Monitor the HSE aspect and its compliance at all depots and warehouse for all projects and maintenances.  Manage the projects (from development, execution, and closure) at all sites with well coordination with the site owners to ensure that the project management and technical are compiled; cost (commitment & liquidation) and progress are well controlled. Manage the maintenance including, planning, scope, expense, and contract by coordinating with all sites, purchasing team and contractors.Support, manage and centralize all action plans, follow-up, and implementation to ensure the higher level of Technical Standard such as ATI, ICC, One Maestro, Maestro Log, Technical Integrity, and other Audits etc. Consolidate all statutory approvals, Licenses, Certificates etc., related to Operations with authority department. Do well record and tracking and ensure the renewal within regulated timeframe.Ensure the MOC, downgrade situation, integrity threat and other similar process well implementation and well documented.Regularly jointly review and assess the gap of existing facilities, standards, rule, guideline, and procedure with updated onesWork closely within department in monthly basic to collect and centralize the report regarding Operation KPI, projects and/or other tools introduce by APME or the Company and analyse to find improvement plan and propose any innovation idea to ease, simplify the operational activity.Report to HoD regularly the status of progress, potential issue (HSE & technical) of the projects and maintenanceOther duties as assigned. Candidate Profile Certificate of Civil or Electrical Engineering Degree with at least 5-Year experience in project management. Good knowledge of petroleum industry in term of technical, safety and project management.Good at problem solving, communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.Big-picture perspective, team spirit, growth mindset.Good at English & Khmer and computer literacy such as MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project.Having valid driving license.
