**Position Title** : Project Manager
**Location** : Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day remote)
**Position Details** :
+ **Contract Duration** : 9-12 months
+ **Hourly Rate** : $57.70 per hour
+ **Weekly Hours** : 35+ hours per week, with weekly pay
+ **Employment Type** : Contract (Full-Time)
+ **Reports To** : Executive Management Team
**Position Overview** :
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and manage key organizational projects. This role requires an individual with a proven track record in project management within a non-profit or corporate environment. The ideal candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact projects that support the mission and vision of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities** :
+ **Strategic Project Support** : Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to provide support for high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
+ **Project Planning & Coordination** : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration** : Work cross-functionally with internal teams, external partners, and consultants to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
+ **Financial Oversight** : Track project budgets, monitor expenses, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely processing of payments.
+ **Project Oversight** : Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
+ **Communication & Reporting** : Provide regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication across the organization.
+ **Team Leadership** : Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging problem-solving and ensuring all stakeholders work together to achieve project goals.
+ **Complex Problem Solving** : Manage high-stakes assignments, balancing multiple priorities and expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
+ **Additional Responsibilities** : Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
**Qualifications & Experience** :
+ **Required** : Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in a non-profit, corporate, or related environment.
+ **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
+ **Skills** : Strong understanding of project management best practices, budget management, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
+ Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization and external partners.
+ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by project timelines.
**Physical Requirements** :
+ Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while using office equipment.
+ Ability to perform administrative tasks in an office environment and navigate both public and staff areas as needed.
**Background Check** :
A background check will be required upon a conditional job offer, tailored to the specific needs of the role.
**Pay Details:** $57.00 to $57.70 per hour
