Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Falls Church, Leesburg, MD area. This role involves working on a variety of commercial and local government projects, primarily focused on interior spaces such as offices, garages, and upgrades. The successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities + Assist the Project Manager and grow into a Project Manager role. + Manage or assist in managing multiple small projects simultaneously. + Focus on commercial interiors, including offices, garages, and other upgrades. + Handle RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and budgeting. + Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Essential Skills + 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager & Assistant Project Manager working for a general contractor in commercial work. + Experience in running various small interior projects concurrently. + Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and budgeting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 5+ years of experience required if the candidate has a relevant Construction or Engineering degree. + Strong reputation in the commercial/local government space. + Opportunity for Senior PM to move into an ownership/leadership role. Work Environment The work environment is highly fast-paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple small projects efficiently. The role involves both onsite and office work in the NOVA or DC area. This position operates on a 40-45 hour workweek schedule and is salaried-exempt. The successful candidate will be expected to transition to a full-time employee after the contract period.
