Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate project activities, timelines, and resourcesManage project budgets and ensure cost-effectivenessCommunicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concernsSupervise construction teams and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesPrepare and present project reports to management and stakeholdersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in construction project managementStrong understanding of construction processes and regulationsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with commercial construction practices is a plus
