Summary:
Responsible for managing the design, execution, and oversight of LNG projects, including liquefaction, storage, truck transfer, and vaporization systems, while coordinating internal and external project resources to ensure successful project completion.
Job Requirements: BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering 10+ years of experience in LNG, cryogenic, natural gas, petrochemical, oil, or power systems Hands-on site/field experience with equipment installation, operation, or troubleshooting P.E. License highly desired Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including 49 CFR 193, NFPA 59A, ASME B31.3, and BPVC Section VIII Preferred Skills: Experience specifying pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, heaters, coolers, boilers, and pressure vessels Ability to manage and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams Experience in developing cost estimates and proposals Familiarity with field commissioning and troubleshooting during LNG plant startup Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budget management, and client communication Job Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of LNG projects, including design, procurement, construction, and operations Oversee project execution, schedule, and budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion Develop and review design specifications for equipment and systems Report on project status to senior management and clients through regular meetings Coordinate internal and external resources, including engineering leads, construction managers, and commissioning teams Provide field commissioning and troubleshooting support during plant startup and operations Review calculations, equipment specifications, requisitions, and drawings to ensure project accuracy Maintain technical proficiency in LNG codes and standards Develop fabrication and construction drawings for plant piping and equipment systems in collaboration with design teams Travel to project sites as needed (approximately 10-15% of the time)
Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
