TITLE: Project Manager
LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia (on-site)
Grade: 9
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
Project Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of NCRV Point of Sale solutions for small to medium sized customers, including setting customer expectations, scheduling project milestones, reacting to and communicating changes in project plan and communicating customer needs across multiple teams.
This position is a member of the team responsible for understanding customer needs and delivering a complete Aloha system that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple single site projects as well as managing multi-unit implementations.
Project Manager is responsible for very complex projects. Complexity is defined by project scope (number of modules, uniqueness of site, site count for a single project) and level of risk. An example of a very complex project is implementation of multi-unit customer with the full Aloha suite of modules. Managing a project from start to finish includes the following:
Manage the project from project assignment to project completion and handoff
Attend Sales to Project handoff
Schedule and lead customer Discovery meeting
Translate and communicate customer needs to deliver a complete Aloha solution
Document and communicate project milestones internally and with the customer
Ensure project tasks are meeting expected timelines
Update all task time in Project Management software
Lead post-install follow up meetings and ensure customer satisfaction
Document business process and requirements
Track all project tasks in Project Management software
Work with internal organizations to ensure project delivers on time
Apply principled practices and high standards of professionalism to projects and assignments
Develop working knowledge of industry practices and standards
Source and review documentation as needed
Independent learning
This is a customer facing position that requires a diplomatic approach to balance customer needs with NCRV process
Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry
Previous experience with Point of Sale software. Previous Aloha Point of Sale experience a plus
Previous Project Management experience a plus
Excellent English communication skills, ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams
Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Process driven and task oriented
Self-starter, detail oriented, organization skills a must
Ability to multi-task
