Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

This role will work with all levels of the organization to ensure best-in-class triple constraint management of product delivery. You will have the opportunity to help accomplish our cross-business line objectives by defining, building, and implementing various PM strategies and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven record of bringing structure, stepping up, and taking initiative.

ResponsibilitiesProvide a comprehensive view on the development and improvement of state-of-the-art methodologies.Support Project & Program Teams in managing projects and programs daily to deliver the machine subsystem/module on time, within scope, with quality, and on budget.Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and project risk assessments on triple constraints of project teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving portfolio management.Develop and manage the execution of fit-for-purpose project management applications and plans to accelerate project progress; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans.Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in.Work closely with project team and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content.Plan, develop, and work with PMO team lead to deliver communications and efficient engagement activities regarding PM methodologies, driving understanding about key areas.Set up and drive a structured Financial and Resource Management process for your portfolio that incorporates a long-term outlook (5 years), annual budget round (2 years), monthly adjustments, and day-to-day budget transparency.Evolve and drive the stage gate project management process for new product initiatives and developments.Measure effectiveness of your value-add and evolve plans as needed to best drive adoption and reduce risk of initiatives.Regularly report on activity status to leadership; work with PMO leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues.Essential Skills5+ years of relevant experience in project management, change management, and communications related to strategic transformations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Change Management, Organization Effectiveness, Communications, or a related field.Expert knowledge in Project Management, data analysis, budgeting and finance, and supportive tooling/applications.Experience managing and deploying change.Excellent proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; prior experience with MS Project preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster’s degree or MBA preferred.PMI certification or equivalent (e.g., CAPM, PMP, IPMA, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum) is a plus.Experience with AGILE/JIRA is a plus.Experience with building business cases, needs assessments, and requirement gathering.Experience as a project lead or associate of large and complex projects.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00
