Join us as a Project Manager overseeing the Hunter Class Frigate Combat System S2087 Contract and related projects. Ensure seamless project execution, meeting cost, time, and quality targets. Manage project teams, stakeholder communication, and develop winning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely and efficiently with functional teams for efficient project delivery.Effectively manage stakeholders and communications.Foster internal customer relationships by exceeding expectations in product and service delivery.Prepare, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and risks/opportunities.Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.Your Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business or related field.IPMA Certification or ability to obtain.Proven leadership skills with effective communication and team management abilities.Minimum five years’ Project Management experience with multi-partners/major contractors and exposure to bids.Experience with complex Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).Confidence and maturity to represent the company at senior levels.Desired Skills / Security Clearance:
Experience in managing large and complex acquisition Defence contracts.Familiarity with Defence ASDEFCON procurement.Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.NV1 Security Clearance or ability to obtain.If dual citizen, citizenship to be held within 5-eye countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States)WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY
