My client is a global powerhouse with a rich history spanning industries like construction, trading, and energy, and are expanding its renewable energy footprint in Germany. 

As a Project Manager, you will take charge of the full project lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring the timely delivery of solar energy projects across Northern and Eastern Germany.

Day to Day: 

Lead and oversee the planning, design, and construction of large-scale PV systems and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Navigate German regulatory frameworks and secure permits for solar and energy storage projects. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, landowners, and external partners.

What you bring: 

A track record of successfully managing renewable energy projects, particularly large-scale PV systems and BESS In-depth understanding of the German renewable energy market, including regulatory requirements and permitting processes. Strong negotiation and communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships. A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver under pressure.
