Project Manager

Division: Integration

Reports to: Integration PM Leader

Travel: 0-25%

Work Environment: Remote

Salary Range: $100,000-120,000

About the role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager. This role will be primarily responsible for projects within our capacity team.  The Project Manager’s primary focus is to ensure capacity relationship life cycle is being planned, tracked and executed in a timely manner across multiple touch points. Ability to work to a deadline and timely complete follow-up work is critical. Having a passion for solving problems and delivering a high-quality product is essential.

Essential Functions:

Develop a detailed plan to track, influence and report on the progress of new and renewal capacity proposals

Facilitate due diligence for carrier contracts

Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope

Organize and plan project tasks and schedules to manage project milestones and deadlines

Create presentations and reports to effectively communicate project status and impact of scope changes to key project participants and executive team

Use strategic and critical thinking to make effective decisions to influence timelines

Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery

Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities

Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully

Optimize project scope, schedule, and deliverables

Facilitate conversations using the 5 whys to drive the plan and determine scope, resources and time

Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):

College graduate and/or applicable training and/or experience

3+ years of project management or similar experience required across multiple methodologies

Insurance operations experience preferred

Experience with Jira or other project management software preferred

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint (Office Timeline)

Must be able to work to a deadline and effectively replan if priorities shift

Highly organized and detail oriented

Motivated by a challenge and ability to take initiative

Ability to collaborate within and across teams at all levels

Ability to influence without authority

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Enjoys problem solving and critical thinking

Able to work independently as well as part of a team
