Our client requires a Project Manager to lead agile project teams to achieve high performance and quality, managing multiple projects across business divisions, and act as a Scrum Master. The resource will ensure alignment with corporate requirements, manage risks, facilitate communication, and drive continuous improvement by blending traditional and Agile practices.

Work is hybrid with 2-3 days per week from client office. The client has various offices across Canada for the onsite work.

Responsibilities

Duties Include: 

Manage multiple concurrent projects using agile methods across various business divisions. Lead and manage medium to large complexity projects, integrating with other activities outside Agile teams. Act as a Scrum Master, establishing appropriate people, processes, tools, and coaching for project efficiency. Align project requirements with corporate groups and manage projects to meet time, cost, and quality expectations. Identify and escalate project issues and risks, manage progress reports, and track vendor delivery. Facilitate communication, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives, blending traditional and Agile practices Mandatory Requirements

Required Experience: 

Plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve high performance and quality. Experience as a Project Manager managing Network Team coordination activities. PMP and experience working with Scrum/Kanban, SAFe or other Agile methodologies. Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum and traditional project management principles and practices Experience working as a Scrum Master Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related tools, Jira. Desirable Requirements Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Knowledge of network terms preferred Working towards or achieved PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent is an asset Experience managing IT projects within public sector, financial services and/or agriculture domain environment
