Position Overview: As a Project Manager at BGIS, you will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all phases of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, contractors, and vendors. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues or risks. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements. Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Review and approve project deliverables, change orders, and invoices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred. Proven experience (4+ years) managing projects in a similar industry or role. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. Knowledge of project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
