**Job Purpose:** The Project Manager leads assigned operational, workflow, and/or technology related projects for iLIFE. The Project Manager will align people, processes, information systems, and structure with the strategic direction of the agency. The role will coordinate key project tasks including business requirements, prioritization, testing, and deployment schedules in partnership with CFI’s IT department.

+ Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates potential risks to avoid project delays or overruns, and escalates issues to management as appropriate.
+ Prepares and maintains comprehensive project plans that include but are not limited to - scope, objectives, project timelines, schedules, agendas, and training plans to include input from technical and operational resources.
+ Monitors project deliverables and progresses through the duration of the project plan and manage deviations as appropriate, including project scope and clearly defines and quantifies tasks
+ Serves as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Provides verbal and written status reports to leadership and business units on project status and issue resolution.
+ Acts as a Liaison between infrastructure, application development and business intelligence teams within IT and with business units outside of IT to provide information, gather requirements, and facilitate relevant discussions to include but are not limited to business requirements, functional specification, design specification, user documentation, system documentation, testing documents and deployment plans.
+ Monitors project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular metric-based updates and reports to stakeholders.
+ Analyzes project outcomes and recommends improvements for future initiatives.

**Qualifications**
**Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure and Credentials:** _(Where appropriate, education and/or experience may be substituted)_
**Minimum Required Education:** Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, project management, information technology, or a related field.
**Minimum Required Experience:** Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience. Minimum 2 years direct experience managing information systems projects preferred.
**Required License – Certification – Registration** : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

**Physical Requirements, Visual Acuity, and Work Conditions:**
**Physical Requirements** : Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
**Visual Acuity** : The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal.
**Working Conditions** : None: The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
