**Job Title Project Manager (Head)** **Location** Chennai **About Us** Milton Roy, part of the Ingersoll Rand Group, manufactures controlled-volume metering pumps and equipment that deliver unsurpassed reliability and accuracy in critical chemical dosing applications. **Job Summary** This position will report to the Director Sales and will be responsible for the end to end delivery of the project to the customer. **Responsibilities** Execute the Project, Develop Process + Manage the project through Proper Planning & Scheduling. + Accountable to the Company, Customer on the milestones of the Project. Ensure strict adherence to the milestones. + Accountable that project deliveries meet established quality criteria. + Make project reports to various stakeholders in the organization. Plan the Project + Establish plans for how the project will manage scope, time, communications, budget, quality, stakeholders, human resources, risk, and procurements. + Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, scope statements, WBSs, etc., in support of the proper management of the project. + Establish targets for each of the critical performance areas for the project. Lead the Project + Form and develop a project team that has the competencies and capacity to deliver the project outputs + Use contracted employees and consultants as needed. + Organize and manage the communications and information flow within the project. + Manage internal and external stakeholders in support of the project. + Provide coaching to project team members. + Evaluate the performance of project team member. + Make decisions to move the project forward or to resolve challenges. + Resolve conflicts that may arise. + Improve the organization through creating best practices and lessons learned. + Escalate issues as needed. Manage Risk + Identify and evaluate risks to project success. + Develop plans to address risks, reduce and mitigate the level risk level throughout the project. Make the Project a Success + Ensure that the project delivers within targets for timing, budget, scope, quality, and business benefit. + Add a level of enthusiasm and creativity to the project. **Basic Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required **Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements** Fully site based, flexible working, hybrid, 50% travel across India etc) **What we Offer** We are all owners of the company!
