Purpose
Professional project management delivering solutions to agreed budget, timeline, specification/quality and sponsor satisfaction. Focus is on providing Linde Gases US with the tools and systems needed to enhance human skillsets and improve productivity while reducing overall costs. The IT Project Manager is responsible for project and process life cycle from start to finish and manages mid-range projects and business processes on the LGUS IT system roadmap, while also participating in larger initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.PMP or similar certification.Minimum 5 years of business and IT experience, with a focus on implementing processes leveraging multiple existing systems.Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development paradigms.Good listening skills and sound judgement.Ability to learn from experiences and to share learnings.Experience working in a large corporate environment.Track record successfully managing small to medium sized projects (with full accountability for budget, timeline, sponsor satisfaction) across a range of IT projects.Sound knowledge of trends in Information Technology and the Project Management profession.Experience using Project Management tools (estimating, planning, risk management, change management, etc.Experience managing internal and external resources effectively, both virtually and in-person, including remote workers from various cultures and locations around the globe.Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of the organization.Successful candidate will benefit from knowledge of Distribution Operations and IoT – Telemetry.About Linde:
